Provincetown on Cape Cod

Tuesday, July 22nd, 2008

If you are planning a vacation getaway to Cape Cod you have made an excellent decision.  It has the best beaches and the best activities in all of New England.  Once you visit the Cape you will want to come back year after year.  The towns that make up Cape Cod are separated into sections such as: Upper Cape, Middle Cape and Lower Cape.  Each section of The Cape is comprised of small towns and villages and they are all very unique.  At the beginning of the Cape you will be in the town of Bourne and at the very tip of the Cape you will be in Provincetown.  From one end of Cape Cod to the other there are so many sites to see and things to do.  While visiting you should make sure to go on a whale watch, walk the sandy beaches, browse the art galleries, hike on the trails and so much more.

All of the towns on are great to stay in and they each have their own unique places to see and things to do.  One of the neatest towns is Provincetown.  Provincetown is also know as Ptown and it is located at the very tip of Cape Cod.  Ptown is know for the local artists and fisherman.  The town is located on a one way street that meanders along art galleries, shopping and restaurants.  While visiting Ptown make sure to try some of the local restaurants and walk up the Provincetown Monument.  There are beautiful beaches in Provincetown as well as excellent places to stay such as B & B’s and motels and hotels and more.

Living on the Cape is a great step if you have come and visited and you have fallen in love with it’s charm and character.  But just we aware that the wintertime on the Cape is much different than the summertime.  There are not as many people in the winer and a lot of the local stores and galleries and restaurants close down for the winter.  People who live there like to enjoy the serenity in the winter and also enjoy the crowds in the summer.

Whether you are visiting Cape Cod or living there, it is like no other place I have been and it is just a great place to come and stay and enjoy when you can.

Cape Cod Website Design and Development

Tuesday, July 22nd, 2008

Building and designing a great website are very essential to selling your products online.  If your site does not look good and is not SEO friendly it will not do well for selling products.  Consumers want to see a easy to navigate and easy to read site that also looks good.  Make sure that when designing your site you think about the colors and designs that your customers will want to see.  If you are selling bathing suits you may want a more bright and fun atmosphere on your site, whereas if you are selling reading glasses you will want a more subdued and easy to read website.  The type of product that you will be selling on your site will determine what style your website should be.

Building a great website also is a must.  If you do not know how to build a site and you try do do it yourself it will look choppy and will not be easily readable by search engines.  Make sure to hire a professional web design company to build and design your site as they know how to build a site correctly.  You will get the most bang for your buck if you do hire a professional development and design company.  There are many design companies out there that can design and build great sites and finding the perfect one for you may be hard.

When looking for a web design company take a look at their site online and see if you like them.  Take a look at their design portfolio and see if you like the designs they have done for other companies.  Some companies have hundreds of designs ion their portfolio while others only have a few.  The number of web designs that a company shows you does not always determine that they are the best.  Some design companies specialize in quality and not quantity, while other the opposite.

Just remember to think about your design and your target market before you start looking for a company to build your site.  This will make your first meeting much easier and you will be able to get your website rolling in no time if you have your stuff together.

How I Got Paid for Disclosing an Adsense Cheater!

Tuesday, July 22nd, 2008

I will tell you a story about karma and how I made $250 by reporting an Adsense cheater!

It started when I came upon a web site where some kid was blatantly breaking the rules by asking his buddies to click on his Adsense ads.
This has got to be one of my biggest pet peeves! Why do people think they can break the rules at the expense of other peoples’ AdWords budgets?
So I did what a lot of people do… I contacted Google!
I figured Google would shut this punk down immediately. Boy was I wrong!
Every time I went back to this kid’s web site the message asking his friends to click the ads were still there! This went on for a few weeks and I really started to get ticked off at the lack of response on Google’s part.
So I decided to take matters into my own hands.
I used this software I created called “Google Sponsor Lister” (You can get it at AdsenseSchool.com) to find every sponsor who was targeting this kid’s niche.
I contacted each sponsor directly and told them there was a chance their ads were being displayed on a cheater’s site. I figured if THEY complained to Google, something would happen!
Well I guess I was right! One of the sponsors emailed me back two days later and said:
“I want to thank you for pointing out the kids clicking on my ads. I turned it over to my Google rep,and he called today to let me know Google is disabling their account. Also, he said Google is crediting me a decent amount for fraudulent clicks over the last quarter. What’s your address? I’d like to send you a little thank you gift.”
How awesome is that? I was so excited! Not because he was going to send me a “thank you gift”… but because I figured out how to get that punk shut down!
It’s funny how Google shut this kid down in TWO DAYS because a sponsor contacted them but when I had been trying for weeks, nothing happened. Makes you think…
Anyway… I told him he didn’t have to thank me and he definitely didn’t need to send me a gift. I was just happy to know I saved him a couple bucks and this punk got his account canceled.
He replied with the following…
“Thanks again. I actually spend several hundred thousand dollars a month on Google, so at least they responded to me quickly. Also, the rebate they gave me was fairly substantial (several thousand). I’d really like to buy you an Amazon gift certificate or an iPod or something if you’d like to tell me how to send it to you, because I don’t think I would have been proactive about this if you hadn’t contacted me. Either way, it’s great that you’re being a good samaritan.”
SEVERAL THOUSAND DOLLARS? I thought I saved him a couple bucks at most!
I was floored when I read that because I knew Adsense cheaters hurt sponsors but I never thought it was that bad!
So I told him if he REALLY wanted to send me an iPod or an Amazon gift certificate, I wouldn’t stop him! ;-)
He ended up sending me an Amazon.com gift certificate worth $250!
Long story short… I am now a true believer in Karma! :-D
I think this teaches us a couple important lessons…
First, telling Google about Adsense cheaters is fruitless… but informing the sponsors, and asking them to contact Google, works immediately!
And second, ripping off AdWords sponsors is big business. Don’t think for a second it’s a victimless crime!
Oh and now I’m a true believer in Karma!
Maybe you won’t make $250… but at the very least you’ll help get rid of another Adsense thief and save a business owner some money!

Do not Just Depend on Google AdSense!

Saturday, July 19th, 2008

Want to make money while directing more traffic to your website? You might consider pay per click advertising streams. They can direct Internet users who might want to pay for your information or products to your site at the same time you offer advertising space to sites your users might be interested in. Before you sign up with the first pay per click or affiliate program you see, do your homework.

Google AdSense is the most popular pay per click program out there today. It has the benefits of being in the game for a long time and offering a great deal of research and development into their keyword matching. But what if you have been removed from Google AdSense or just want to branch out and try other services as well? There are other options out there.

Yahoo! also has a pay per click program, theirs is called Yahoo! Publisher Network. It works similarly to Google’s AdSense program but has only recently come onto the scene. Users of both AdSense and Publisher Network have found that, though Google is quicker to remove an advertiser, they are still the most valuable. The Yahoo! service is likely not far behind, though.

Chitika and AdBrite are just two of the other pay per click advertising streams currently online. They offer a marketing service and affiliate program. Here’s how it works:
- You create your website to sell your goods or information
- You sign up for Chitika or AdBrite or a similar marketing program
- Other companies who sell goods or information that compliments yours also join the marketing program
- The program matches your goods/information and the complimenting companies
- You advertise their site and they advertise yours, through a variety of marketing formats that feed directly to your sites

There are four basic benefits of using a streaming advertising service:
- Intelligent, targeted recommendations bring product and information links related to your site content to the visitor
- Database that handles your ads continually “learns” which ads work best for your site and changes the ads as needed, in addition to regular ad rotation
- You get paid when your visitors click through the ads on your site
- You can usually bid on the cost of your ad appearing on other sites (at least with Google and Yahoo! programs), allowing you to easily manage your online marketing costs

Affiliate programs offer similar, but not the same, website advertising. There are large affiliate programs out there that only permit businesses with mid to high level traffic. There are small affiliate programs that swap a one-for-one link and let anyone take part. New businesses should look for something in the middle.
The best banner ads are those that are not rich with graphics. Textual link ads are the quickest to load so they are the most effective. The cost of affiliate programs range from tenths of pennies per click to monthly fees of $5 or more.

Regardless of the affiliate or pay per click program you use, it is good business practice to run reports frequently and change the ad streams if you aren’t making money from the ads on your site or aren’t receiving much traffic from your ads on other sites. It is also important to change the information on your site often or offer freebies to encourage visitors to return again and again.

Saving money on Cape Cod

Saturday, July 19th, 2008

Living on Cape Cod can be hard especially if you are the younger generation and making money is not as easy as it once used to be.  When living on the Cape you need to consider the fact that housing is very expensive, there are only so many houses that can be built and soon land will be sparse, many shops and stores are closed in the winter time and the amount of people that live on the Cape is drastically less in the winter than in the summer.  With all of this in mind it is not an easy place to make money and live.

A lot of people that come to the Cape do so part time, such as for the winter only and or the summer only.  There are only so many people that live there year round.  The people that do live on Cape Cod year round usually work for themselves in some type of service and or hospitality industry.  A lot of locals are: plumbers, carpenters, hotel owners, shop owners, electricians and so on.  Working for yourself gives you more flexibility and more time to make the money that is needed to live on the Cape.  Most of the people that work for a business are students and people aged 17-23.  While business owners are usually mid 20’s and up.  That is the time when people realize that they can’t live at home anymore and they need to make enough money to survive on Cape Cod.

Managing your money and finances on the Cape is a major part of the way that locals need to live in order to survive.  Buying items in bulk, buying used, bartering your services and more are all ways that local Cape Codders stay in business and stay afloat.  Luckily there are quite a few places on the Cape where you can buy items at a lower price than shopping at the only Mall on the Cape, the Cape Cod Mall.

Shopping online is a very important tool for Cape Codders as it gives them a way to buy items at a lower price than at the local shops.  It is much easier to shop online too, you don;t have to leave your house and burn gas driving around the Cape trying to find what you need, just do a search right online and find what you need for the least price.  There are also many online sites that tell you and show you how to save money and these are great resources especially for those in need of saving money.

This article is written by <a href=”http://frugalcapecod.com”>Frugal Cape Cod</a> a local website that helps people living on the Cape and Islands save money without giving up everything.  Frugal spending and money saving tips are discussed each week to help people keep their finances in order.

Know Everything about the Valuable Pearls

Saturday, July 19th, 2008

A pearl is a hard object that is produced within the soft tissues of a living mollusk. A pearl is composed of calcium carbonate in small crystalline form, which gets deposited on a piece of grit or other foreign materials.

Pearls are called organic gems as they are formed inside the living bodies. The creation of a pearl starts when a piece of grit or other foreign particle enters into the shell of a marine or fresh water mollusk such as, clams and oysters. Thereafter, layers of a substance called nacre get deposited on the grit. This further culminates into the formation of a pearl.

Pearls come in different colors such as white, blue, red, salmon pink, green, brown and tinge of yellow on black. Pearl is also called the queen of sea. The ideal pearl is perfectly round and smooth. Pearls are categorized into different types as per their shapes and origins.

The Shapes

Baroque pearls are irregular in shape. These pearls are not preferred much as gems in the jewelry. Hence, the cost of these pearls is less as compared to other types of pearls. However, irregular shapes give these pearls a unique look.

Spherical pearls are the most wanted variety of pearls. They are expensive and their prices vary depending upon the quality of the curve of their surface.

Symmetrical pearls are pear shaped pearls. Pearls that have symmetrical sides also belong to this category.

Natural or Cultured

Natural pearls are formed when a foreign particle accidentally intrudes inside the shell of a mollusk and several layers of nacre grow like onion skins around the particle. Natural pearls vary in shape depending on the shapes of the grits wearing the coats of nacre. They could be either Saltwater Pearls or Freshwater Pearls. These pearls are rare and hence quite expensive. They are called vintage pearls in the market.

Cultured Pearls are cultured inside the mollusk artificially. An object is placed inside the shell after opening it. The object gets coated with several layers of nacre. The depth of coating of nacre depends on the kind of mollusk used. It also depends on the quality of water in which mollusk lives and the time span of the process of culture. The quality and the durability of the cultured pearls depend upon the thickness of nacre coating. Cultured pearls can be differentiated from the natural pearls with the help of X-rays.

Saltwater Pearls are found in the mollusks living in salt water. These pearls can also be cultured. Freshwater Pearls grow inside the mollusks found in the fresh water of rivers or lakes.

Pearls look elegant and every piece of pearl unfolds the unique method of nature to create.

The Google Adsense and the Power of Duplication!

Saturday, July 19th, 2008

So you get online, set up a Google Adsense website and watch the dollars roll in? Wrong! The top earners in the Google Adsense field are earning the big, big money by duplicating the process over and over.

A friend of mine saw the Google Adsense ads on my site a few days ago and was querying if that was how I made my money. He couldn’t understand how these small ads could amount to a full-time online income and the fact is that they DO NOT, well not in isolation anyway.

Before we get into the nitty gritty, the truth is that at this point in time I am not making a great amount with Google Adsense but that is about to change because I am absolutely aware of and convinced in the power of DUPLICATION.

I am an affiliate marketer, I promote numerous affiliate programs throughout the Internet Marketing Niche. Some make me a few dollars per month and some a few hundred in residual income. I also sell affiliate products through Google Adwords and am duplicating this process across multiple markets. I’ll not mention some of the niches here for obvious reasons:-). The point is that if I didn’t duplicate what I know to work across many different programs and service I would still be pen pushing in my former offline 9-5 job.

Even this article is one of countless others. The power comes from consistently doing the things that work over and over and over again.

Getting back to Adsense, what I realise is that everyone I speak to about it ARE NOT setting up unique sites and then settling for this income. They are setting up 100s, sometimes even 1000s of sites. Then when certain markets prove more profitable than others, as they most certainly will, the smart people are building great networks of smaller sites around these niches AND linking them all together.

Can you see the power of duplication at work here?

The point of building many sites is that sooner or later you are going to hit the mark. It doesn’t cost much to set up a domain and have it hosted. Plus there is software available that will literally create 100s of blogs in minutes from your top keywords.

The “clued in” inernet marketers making the moola are those that have taken action in the above way. I myself am guilty at times of looking at a plan and just not having the power to take it through to the end. This I believe is what happens to many when they even comtemplate creating 100s of sites.

The sad fact is that if you don’t get of your backside and at least create one site then you are NEVER going to make Internet Marketing your full-time career.

Rome wasn’t built in a day and neither will your Google Adsense Empire.

How to Purchase the Best Pearl Necklace for Your Wedding Day

Saturday, July 19th, 2008

Brides have been fascinated by elegantly carved pearl necklaces, for immemorial centuries. Adding this perfect accessory to your bridal gown, not only enhances your subtle and eye-catching features, but also proves to be auspicious for your wedding.

Let us talk about the four types of pearls which are used for designing pearl jewelry. These include Akoya pearls, black pearls, Tahitian pearls and South sea pearls. Thus, if you are searching for quality, make sure your pearl necklace includes these natural pearls.

Along with these quality pearls, there are other selection criteria like luster, colour, nacre, size, shape and matching. Here are few detailed points regarding the different varieties of necklaces, on the basis of length.

Categories of Pearls

Pearl necklaces can be categories in six varieties of length, like matinee, princess, choker, collar, opera and rope.

* Collar pearl necklaces prove to be the best, as they are 12-23 inches long and include three pearls stranded. Bridal neck gowns in V shape strapless and plunging neckline complement with the grace of the collar necklaces.  These can be used to give a formal look.
* The length of pearl chokers is around 14-16inches. They are preferably worn at the collar bone. This classic piece can suit any bridal attire.
* The princess necklace, which looks somewhat similar to the pearl chokers, differ only in terms of length. These are 17-20inches long. They are versatile and prominent. But these are commonly preferred for high neckline gowns.
* Matinee pearl, with its length of 20-25inches, enhances the elegance of high neckline gowns. Due to its excess length, it can be wrapped around and worn as a choker.
* Just like its name, the rope necklaces are around 40-72 inches long. Its stunning look is further magnified by its length. It can be worn in form of two to three strands around the neck or can be wrapped around the wrist for casual wear. Amazingly, it can also be worn over a backless gown, with its larger length falling on the back. Most of the times, necklaces made of black pearls add a sensual touch to the beauty of the bride.
* Opera pearl, no doubt, the most elegant and the striking ones adds a significant impression to the bride’s presence. These give a versatile and confident look.

Thus, it’s very important to purchase the right necklace for the wedding ceremony. Along with the designs, styles and finishing of these necklaces, it’s important to select the ones which complement with the body, attire and age of the bride. It is not just the pearl necklace that adorns the bride, but the bride’s beauty also, which magnifies the elegance of the pearls.

Google Adsense Tips How To Find A Profitable Niche

Friday, July 18th, 2008

When I first decided to invest my time and energy into learning how to create my own online income, maybe like you, I had a certain amount of stress trying to find ways of doing it! The concepts of making money online or how to build my own money making website were all new to me. The theory behind tools like Google Adsense, Adwords and Yahoo Overture were unfamiliar as were the concepts of affiliate marketing, blogging for cash and all the other tools and techniques used for creating a successful online working from home business.

So I studied, bought e-books on how to make money online, studied some more and as a result learnt more and more about ways to generate an online income. However I was quite disappointed after spending weeks and weeks trying to make some money not to generate even one sale. Then I read this statement.

There is always a reason for how well you do, and that reason always relates to what you do and how you do it.

Once you realize this, then you know success really is do-able. Some people do succeed… big-time…but not necessarily the first time. Just keep trying until you find the right approach.

Everyone has a passion or interest. We have all had experiences in life, some good, some not so good. Which ever it is, you have within yourself something that is of great value and benefit to others. This page will help you tap into those areas of your life and show you how to channel that passion and motivation to making a successful home online business.

The key to success for selling online is to create valued content where there is demand. Your visitor doesn’t want a sales pitch, they are not looking for hype or even media excellence, they are looking for relevant up-to-date content that is of value to them.

I can here some of you now saying, “I don’t know the first thing about selling online”. Well you are now in the same place I was when I first started. Although I don’t claim to know everything there is to know about making money online, I can show you the process and some of the techniques which will help you get to where you want to be.

You are embarking upon a truly rewarding journey. Have no doubts — this is “winnable” e-commerce. It’s totally under your control.

Detailed in more detail through my website, I show the 3 steps for building your own online business.

1. Find your passions and profitable niche 2. Harnessing the power of quality content and talk about your passion 3. Sell your passion to the world.

Finding a Niche

Firstly lets do a little brainstorming to find those areas of your life that are possible ideas to build your business around. The few hours or so that you spend here, in preparation, will determine exactly how big your success will be. One of Site Sells statements about this stage of preparation is PREpare, Not REpair. Don’t rush with process, you are not in a race, there is no stop watch ticking. Some careful planning and fine-tuning will pay you big dividends down the road. Ken Evoy (Director of Site Sell) has some excellent advice on how to find your subject niche! Ready? Good… lets continue and find your…

Passion

Passion makes work fun and easy…

• What is it that you love to talk about, read about?
• What is your hobby?
• What do you do for fun and games?
• What are your natural talents?

Don’t forget to look right under your nose…

• What special body of knowledge have you learned from your job?
• What do you do day after day, without even thinking about it (eg. child-rearing, taking care of sick parents, renovation contractor, customs inspector).

Think about what you do in a typical day, and what you’ve learned from it…

• What sections of a bookstore or a magazine shop do you automatically gravitate toward?

• What kind of TV shows or movies do you tend to like most?

What activities do you enjoy most about your current occupation?…

• Is it research?
• Helping customers achieve their goals?
• Managing other people?
• Teaching or explaining things to others?
• Talking/selling on the phone?
• Organizing things?
• Making a process easier?
• Discovering or creating new products or services?
• Marketing products?

Problems are also a good source for ideas because problems need solutions!…

• What bugs you?
• What’s tedious?
• What does not work?…

We all encounter obstacles, problems, and difficult people in the course of whatever it is that we do every day. What are the three biggest problems in your work place?

By now you should have a list of ideas which are all possible subjects to build your online business around. The next stage of our brainstorming stage is to prune that list to dig out the most profitable - high demand - low supply keywords.

A Name That Sells

Friday, July 18th, 2008

Much of the drive and focus of the majority of advertising businesses do is directed at convincing consumers of the value of a single product offering. Not all of your print marketing efforts are going to be focused solely on making a sale.

Nor should they be. Sometimes the gains you make in image, brand recognition or business relationships outweigh the temporary benefit of single product sale. There are a variety of color printing options available that can help you move beyond the “right now” and build a brand identity that will help you in the long term.

Calendars - Want advertising that will work for you year round? Calendars are you answer. Every customer that hangs your calendar up in their home or office will be exposed to your company name and your message every time they check to see the day’s date or every time they flip the page over to a new month.

Not only will the calendar owner be getting your message, everyone who enters their home or office will be exposed to it. The only question is how you want to distribute your calendars. While you can print calendars and sell them for a profit, especially during the month of December. I tend to lean toward using them as give-away or promotional items to ensure that your calendars are being used by the greatest number of customers possible.

Note Pads -Whether its taking down notes about business prospects or just doodling out pictures while taking a phone call, we all end up staring at note pads and post it notes during the course of a normal business day. Instead of staring at a blank page, though, your clients and business partners could be staring at your company name and logo. Note pad printing, especially when used as a freebie pack-in with outgoing orders, can make sure your company name is always the first that comes to your customer’s minds.

Magnets - Business cards are great for spreading your name, but sometimes they just get lost in your contact’s wallets or simply forgotten about. If you print magnets with your company name and contact information, though, you have a better chance of it being there when your clients are looking for your number. Instead of wasting away in the folds of their wallet, your name will be displayed on their refrigerator or file cabinet.

An established and well recognized name will earn you more long term business than any single advertisement. Keep that in mind the next time you hit up your printing company and give these long term business builders a try.

Are u looking Alternative, Other People’s Products?

Friday, July 18th, 2008

Creating original content for the purposes of selling is a hard proposition. With affiliate marketers scrambling to earn commissions off dime-a-dozen products and software enthusiasts looking to earn a quick buck with content programs, webpreneurs have turned towards creating rock solid, original content to jumpstart their money making campaigns. Creating a product from scratch, whether it is an e-book, a small software program, or an item, is not the easiest way to earn income. Private Label Articles allow you to take shortcuts and claim complete ownership of a product, meaning 100% of profits go to you.

The Nuances of Product Creation

Product creation is a booming business on the Internet. Webpreneurs scramble to hire freelance writers to write articles and software programmers to create that hot, new karaoke program. The problem is - creating your own content requires lots of time, money, and energy. Misinformed webpreneurs may settle with Adsense dollars on 20 articles at $10 each to see profit in six months on a generic niche site. Plus, hiring web content writers and developers means setting deadlines, monitoring progress, and the fear of unfinished work. When it comes to product creation, there are a lot of moving parts. When one is ignored, it could ruin the whole process.

The Alternative - Other People’s Products!

Using private label rights means selling someone else’s products. A product can come complete with fresh graphics, original articles, lead generation forms, autoresponder series, and more. The kicker is - with Private Label rights, you can modify, add, and delete content to original, copyrighted content in any way and add your name on top (like a cherry.)

The Run-Down

With Private Label Rights, you could -

Buy 50 articles on home furniture design, modify its contents (even just one word, although it isn’t recommended), and re-distribute them for sale without breaking copyright laws.

Add twists to your Private Label Rights content to meet your individual style (i.e. corporate logos, industry jargon to articles) and pass it off as your own groundbreaking product.

Combine PLR articles into reports

Use them as part of an email autoresponder series to lure more visitors and subscribers to your pages.

Submit them to article directories for maximum exposure and links back to your page

You are the sole author of the work. No credit is given to its original author!

Pay less money for content

Digging a Little Deeper -

Private label rights create new products out of original sources. Different markets could be tapped into. It creates a brand and an image, where you have free reign over content, logos, structure of the work (i.e. turning a bland Private Label Rights e-book into dozens of articles for distribution), etc.

PRIVATE LABEL RIGHTS JARGON in a NUTSHELL

There are Resell Rights and Private Label Rights, and it’s important to know the differences. Basically, resell rights allow you to resell a product as is to earn money. In contrast, private label rights allow you to edit, change, and rebrand products to make them your own and create new products out of them. Let’s take a closer look:

1) Unrestricted Private Label Rights - the most flexible of all rights and therefore most valuable. You can do nearly anything with these products including renaming, branding and selling as your own, editing, and bundling with other products in a package. You can also give them away, and you can sell or giveaway rights for others to resell, master resell, or private label. The danger with giving these rights is nothing prevents buyers from turning around and selling them the same day at price and “stealing” your sales.

2) Private Label Rights - similar to unrestricted in that you can rewrite, edit, and call products your own. But usually they have some limitations like only sell above a certain price and cannot give for free.

3) Master Resell Rights - Resell Rights, vs. Private Label Rights allow you to resell products but not edit them in any way. You cannot call them your own, you cannot add or edit the content. With Master Resell Rights, you can also give away the resell rights to others, and often you can give away the Master Resell Rights, allowing others to resell the resell rights.

4) Resell Rights - these are the weakest of all rights and therefore least valuable. You can only resell the product. You cannot change it in any way and you cannot giveaway or sell resell rights.

Using Search Engine optimisation effectively

Friday, July 18th, 2008

Search Engine optimisation can change your business forever. It can mean the difference between having a website and having a successful website. A good search engine optimisation plan can bring your website some much needed life into it.

A website that has used search engine optimisation properly will not only be much easier to find but it will also make your website faster as well as smarter and to top it off a lot more profitable than before. You need a search engine optimisation plan that focuses on certain keywords within your website and makes your website easier to see for the search engines.

Making your site better with search engine optimisation has a huge wealth of all kinds of advantages. To start with and the most important factor is that it increases your visibility within then search engines; this then in turn makes your website more accessible to clients and relevant traffic.

The term search engine optimisation is the sometimes complicated but if done right simple process of making your website search engine friendly. It does this is two ways; in a technical manner and in a content manner as well.

Usually making your website more search engine friendly includes a few things that need to be done. A search engine optimisation plan would have to include the changing of your title tags and Meta tags within the website. Also the template of your website can have a factor on your search engine optimisation plan and so can the navigation.

Where your titles are concerned within your website they can be very effective within your search engine optimisation plan. Your title tag only needs to have your main keyword within it. This will make it more effective within the search engines. Every page on your website can have a title tag; make them as relevant to that particular page as you can. You are trying to optimise your website and make it fit entirely within your niche. Do not be tempted to put catchy phrases or gimmicks within the title tag. Make it as clean as possible and make it relevant, doing this properly will ensure that your search engine optimisation plan is going to succeed in the long run.

Moving on from the title tags and onto keywords; you have to have relevant and useful keywords for your website. Think about it logically; what would you search for in a search engine if you were looking for similar services or products? Instead of just having keywords, try using key phrases as well. This will benefit your search engine optimisation plan hugely.

When you have decided on your keywords then you need to incorporate them into your text. The text on your website should be relevant to the products or the services that you are going to offer and make sure you fit plenty of keywords into the text you write. Search engine optimisation plans that are successful are more or less purely based on keywords and key phrases; this is why they are so important to get right.

You should always add new information onto your website on a regular basis; not only will this help your search engine optimisation plan but it will also keep your clients and customers happy and informed of new products and services etc.

Try to just have your website associated around one particular theme; if you have too many different things on your website it makes it difficult for the search engines to read and then sort according to your keywords and key phrases.

Search engine optimisation is not a quick process, but done right it can make the world of difference!

Cosmetic Dentistry

Friday, July 18th, 2008

Whitening, or bleaching, the teeth, is very common in cosmetic dental care, today. Though a plenty of whitening options are available, which can be purchased over the shelves, dentist-supervised treatments remain the best-recommended procedure for lightening of discolored teeth.

Tooth reshaping, which is also known by the name of Contouring is one of few instant treatments now available in cosmetic dentistry. Dental reshaping is normally done to rectify crooked teeth, cracked teeth, chipped teeth, and the overlapping teeth in one or more session. The contouring procedure is sometimes carried on as a substitute for braces in some cases. This procedure sometimes includes only subtle changes. When performed by a professional dentist, a few millimeters of reduction and a few millimeters of tooth-colored laminate can create a beautiful smile, with no pain or discomfort. Dental contouring or tooth reshaping is commonly used to alter the shape, length or position of your teeth.

Pontics or Dental Bridges are false teeth, which are fused between two porcelain crowns to fill up the gap created by a missing tooth. The two crowns hold it in place that is attached onto your teeth on each side of the false tooth. This is known as a fixed bridge. Bridging is very commonly used in modern dentistry to replace one or more missing teeth. Fixed bridges cannot be removed from the mouth as is done with removable partial dentures.

In areas of the mouth that are under less stress, such as the front teeth, a cantilever bridge is commonly used Bridges also reduce your risk of getting gum infections and improve one’s clarity of speech. Bridges require lot of devotion for maintenance, but even an awareness of serious oral hygiene cannot make a bridge last for more than ten years.

The ultra-thin, custom-made laminates, known as Veneers, are bonded directly to the teeth. They are used as an option for filling the gaps or camouflaging the discolored teeth that cannot be disguised by the normal whitening procedures.

Gum Lift is another of popular cosmetic dental procedure that rectifies and sculpts the gum line. The procedure includes reshaping the tissue and underlying bones to create the image of a more symmetrical teeth and a dazzling smile.

The modern dental spas of today are well equipped by all advanced gadgets to provide the solutions for all the dental problems. It is no longer difficult to buy a heart-warming smile and get set for conquering the world.

The VoIP phone looks just like a traditional phone -Broadband Phones

Friday, July 18th, 2008

Phones that use Voice Over Internet Protocol, or VoIP, are generally referred to as broadband phones. The major function of such phones is converting analog voice data into digital data so it can be transmitted over the Internet. The phones link to high-speed Internet connections via computers that enable voice communications. Broadband phones have transformed the Internet into a technology that can provide telephone calls for free by avoiding traditional phone service providers.

VoIP phone technology has the capability of changing the way people talk to one another around the world. VoIP service providers are growing by leaps and bounds, and major phone firms are establishing a presence in markets worldwide by offering calling plans that have bundled VoIP broadband phones with their other services. The Federal Communications Commission and other regulators around the world have started to investigate the new technology and study the impact and future risks associated with it.

The VoIP phone looks just like a traditional phone. While a regular phone connects to the wall socket with an RJ-11 connector, a broadband phone connects to a computer or router using an RJ-45 connector. All broadband phones come with software pre-loaded to handle IP calls. In a recent innovation, Wi-Fi VoIP broadband phones have become available. These phones can make calls via any Wi-Fi hotspot. VoIP can also use ATA sets, which are telephone-like boxes that connect to a computer and convert analog voice data to digital signals. VoIP can connect calls made from one computer to another computer as well. This means users only pay for the Internet connection and not for the call itself. VoIP phones are dedicated devices and can be used only for making calls using this technology, however. To get a taste of what is available in a VoIP phone, users can check out the latest version of Yahoo Messenger, which is voice-enabled. It can be used to make computer-to-computer calls, and it is very easy. Another place to check is . VoIP phones can be used to call anywhere in the world that has a broadband Internet connection. VoIP firms offer rate plans similar to those of cell phone companies for individuals who want only VoIP broadband phones, usually $30 to $80 per month. Users can take their phones anywhere or use a laptop computer to make PC-to-PC calls.

Long-distance callers may be making VoIP calls involuntarily using their VoIP phones and paying regular costs. This is because most phone firms around the world want to reduce their bandwidth by routing some calls through circuit switches to an IP gateway.

Experts predict that all the existing phone technology that currently uses circuit-switched networks will be replaced by packet-switching technology. VoIP offers financial and infrastructure efficiencies, costs less, and is more effective. Broadband phones are used by most corporations, and it only a matter of time before they are commonly used in individual households.

The New eBay Money Making Secret…EXPOSED!!

Friday, July 18th, 2008

The eBay Affiliate Program strives to make success of its members inevitable. The eBay Affiliate program has outlined some effective strategies and designed some effective tools to ensure you make money and have success. eBay’s Affiliate program, is already a success for so many people, and has the benefit of experience to pass on to you. Once you become a member of the Affiliate Program you can be making money in no time flat.

The Program has recognized four models that their most successful affiliates utilize. These models increase traffic or maximize potential in a variety of ways:

The first, the natural search, occurs when people go to search engines with a query in hopes of receiving relevant search information. Search engines such as Google, Yahoo!, MSN, and AOL return listings from web sites that ranked the highest during the search process. Affiliate Program

members who optimize this strategy incorporate eBay’s helpful hints for natural searches. Indexed web sites with title pages and other rank-earning components earn more exposure, and increase their earnings with eBay.

The second model, the paid search model, increases hits with search engines because this model pays for placement. This model includes results that would appear in the “sponsored links” section. While these cost money, they are a cost-effective way to target interested leads.

The third model is Content websites. They place eBay adds on their website, and find added success when they choose to advertise for eBay in ways that also relate to their own content and aims.

The fourth model is opt-in newsletters. This option allows websites to broadcast additional information about their eBay Affiliate Program status to potential customers, and increase their customer base.

To make the most of eBay, many websites choose to emulate one of the aforementioned models. These models are tried and true, and repeatedly spell success for eBay Affiliate Program members. These models are highly cost and time effective.

Cost and time effectiveness are highly important, as they ensure you are earning the maximum dollar for the effort you invest in your affiliate member status. The eBay Affiliate Program takes your time and effort seriously, and provides you with the necessary tools to maximize your success. Items such as the Keyword Tool, allow you to ensure your keywords are drawing the most attention.

eBay also provides you with options to track the hits your site inspired, statistics for the products and models that are performing best, and additional guidelines for best business practices.

All of these options are free with the eBay Affiliate Program, and all of them will increase your earning potential with the programme

The Treble your Adsense Income in 60 Minutes

Thursday, July 17th, 2008

Google’s Adsense is one of the most powerful weapons in website publisher’s arsenal. It enables you to monetize your sites easily and if used properly can generate a very healthy income. However, if you’re not using it properly and maximizing the income you squeeze from it, your leaving money on the table – something we all hate doing.

Boosting your return from Adsense can be done very easily and quickly, and you’ll be amazed by the results.

I ran Adsense on my sites for over a year before I discovered these techniques, and like many people, I though I was doing pretty well. My clickthrough rates and CPM figures were very healthy, and I didn’t honestly think that they could be improved a great deal. How wrong I was. Immediately after I implemented a few quick changes my clickthrough rate more than doubled, and by doing some fine tuning I manged to get nearly three times as many people to click on the ads as had been previously doing so.

The first technique is one that was ‘discovered’ by the amazingly helpful Debs, on SiteSell’s SBI! forums. When I read it originally, it made sense and I decided to goive it a go, but I wasn’t prepared for the immediate impact it would have on my income. It involves making only a few simple changes to the format and positioning of your Adsense ads.

Firstly, forget about using banners or skyscrapers. These ad formats are almost universally ignored by surfers. Why? Because we’ve all been conditioned to recognise a skyscraper or banner as an advert and as these adverts are rarely of any interest, we ignore them. What’s needed is a way of integrating Adsense ads into the editorial on your site as seamlessly as possible. To do this you need to do three things:

1. Use the 250 x 250 rectangle format 2. Make the background color of the ad the same as the background color of your site, or as close to it as possible. 3. Make the ads borderless by setting the border color to be the same as the background color of the ad.

These changes can be made by logging into your Adsense account and creating a custom format. Just select the 250 x 250 ad format, and create a custom color palette. Use the color picker to pick the coor you want. The Javascript is automatically generated at the foot of the page, ready for you to copy and paste into the pages on your site.

Now, you need to position your ads where surfers are most likely to click on them. Research using retina scanning technology has shown that the place that surfers tend to look at first and most often is the top left. I don’t know the reasons for this, perhaps it’s because that’s where we’re used to seeing the most useful search engine results (at the top of the rankings) and search engines are the sites we most often visit, so we automatically look at the same place on other sites.

Whatever the reasoning, as soon as I made the above changes to my Adsense ads, clickthrough rates doubled, immediately.

The second technique is much newer and one which is entirely based on my own experience. Google has recently added a new type of Adsense format, called Adlinks. This displays a series of links on your page in the same style of Ad unit as regular Adsense ads. When a user clicks a link they are taken to a page of adverts that resembles regular Google search results. As a publisher, you are paid every time a user clicks one of those ads.

Adventurous soul that I am, I jumped in with both feet and started to trial Adlinks on my most visited pages as soon as it was launched. I’m using the four links in a square box format, positioned top left of my page content. After a few weeks of running Adlinks alongside regular Adsense ads, it’s clear that the return on Adlinks is about a fifth to a quarter higher than regular ads. There’s no clear reason for this but one explanation may lie in the fact that clicking on an Adlink takes the user to page of ‘results’. When a user clicks on one of these, you are paid for the click. If the user finds what they want, great, if not, it seems that they hit the Back button on their browser and try again, just as you would for normal search engine results. Then they click on another result, and you get paid again. So it’s possible to be paid more than once from the same Adlink click. Now, this reasoning is speculative, but it does make perfect sense in the light of my Adlinks results.

Finally, Adsense has some excellent tracking statistics that allow you to track your results across a number of sites on a site by site, page by page, or just about any other basis you choose. This is a very powerful tool and you should use it to find out which ads are performing best for you and fine tune your Adsense and Adlink ads accordingly.

So you see, by spending an hour or so of your time making a few adjustments to the Adsense ads on your sites, you can very quickly treble your Adsense income. Give it a go, you’ll be amazed by the results.

Selection of Sporting Vacation

Thursday, July 17th, 2008

In your next vacation, you can plan to try something really ‘different’, especially if you are ‘adventure’ person. How about trying a sporting, ‘adventure’ vacation, for a change?

A sporting adventure holiday can be a unique and exciting proposition for people who are fit, healthy and looking for a thrill! On such a vacation, it is really delightful to feel the wind in your hair, or get over the fear of the unknown in your heart. Maybe a trip to Benidorm would the ideal sporting vacation you are looking for.

There are a number of things that you need to keep in mind with regard to the selection of your next sporting vacation. A trip abroad, to watch their favorite team play, may be some people’s idea of a sports holiday. If that is what you thought sports travel is, unfortunately, your definition of sports travel is way out of place.

Ideally, a sporting holiday is a holiday that allows you take part in any number of sports. The term ‘Sports vacation’ includes adventure sports such as kayaking, rafting, snowboarding, hot air balloons and bungee jumping. This appears a fairly extreme idea, which is accompanied by the thought of a lot of energy required. So, you would be better off taking a relaxing beach holiday, if all this really is not your type of thing.

Safety on a Sporting Vacation

“How safe will I be?” – is the first question that comes to minds of most people before they set off on a sporting vacation. The security factor depends largely on the type of person you are, and the type of sport you choose. Truly adventurous people generally choose sports that have the element of risk involved. Bungee jumping and snowboarding can be particularly dangerous activities, but you need to stick to certain safety precautions to ensure that you are safe.

There are a number of things that you need to keep in mind with regard to the selection of your next sporting vacation. A trip abroad, to watch their favorite team play, may be some people’s idea of a sports holiday. If that is what you thought sports travel is, unfortunately, your definition of sports travel is way out of place.

Thankfully, there will always be people to advise you about appropriate safety measures, no matter where you choose to go. For example, if you choose to go on a wildlife safari, you will find guides to direct you and warn you about every possible danger. Similarly, if you go snowboarding, you come across people who teach you how to do it properly. In the case of bungee jumping too, there is always somebody around to guide you and ‘fix’ you to the safety harnesses. However, no matter which adventure sport you choose to do, your safety is ultimately in your own hands!

What exactly is Internet Marketing?

Sunday, July 13th, 2008

Internet marketing can mean a variety of different things to different people. How the term Internet marketing is explained and defined all depends on whom it is that you ask. Of course Internet marketing only a few years back only meant having a strategically placed banner or a simple advertisement placed on a website.

Now however, Internet marketing is on the crossroads of a new evolution. There is a much larger mix of Internet marketing available and if used correctly can transform a lagging website or business into a thriving commodity. Your business doesn’t even have to be web based to benefit from good internet marketing. It is ultimately your decision whether you decide to use an Internet marketing strategy, but Internet marketing has recently become an increasingly important sector within any properly thought out marketing plan.

Internet Marketing Objectives

Internet marketing can be used in a variety of ways, but these are the main reasons to have a great Internet marketing strategy.

  • It’s all about getting your message across to existing and potential customers and clients. You can use Internet marketing to clearly convey a message about the particular services or products that you offer.

  • Another great way to use Internet marketing to your advantage is to use it to conduct particular research. You can manage and evaluate your potential and existing customer’s needs and wants. With this information gained from your Internet marketing strategy you can actually see what works and what doesn’t.

  • Internet marketing is a great way to bring more profit to your business. Using a good Internet marketing plan can help you sell more products, services or even advertising space; therefore brining more business your way.

What are the Internet Marketing Components?

Here are some of the vital components to have within your Internet marketing plan.

  • It may seem obvious but a good starting point for your Internet marketing plan is a website. Your website could contain just text, or maybe some audio files or video files as well. All of this should come together to clearly get your companies message across to the masses. You don’t have to have a website that sings and dances; but you will need something that grabs the reader’s attention. You could use your website as just a promotional tool showcasing what you do and what you sell.

  • After you have your website ready; you could then use Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine optimisation (SEO). The term SEM is used in reference to marketing your new website through the search engines such as Google or Yahoo. SEO is a term used to make your website more search engine friendly and improving the rank in the listings through the use of certain keywords throughout your website. Where SEO is concerned there are a few ways to improve your rank; you could do it the hard way and manually submit, or you could pay for your website to be listed higher or have pay per click advertisements featured on the search engines. It all depends on what budget you have available.

  • Within your Internet marketing plan you should have somewhere featured within it email marketing. You can collect potential or existing customers email details and submit emails on a large scale to entice them to your website. You can also buy lists that detail peoples email addresses. Email marketing is simply the online version of direct mail marketing strategies.

The Internet has provided many with a new way to contact customers and clients. It has also given failing businesses a new lease of life and took already established businesses even further than ever imagined. If you want a successful business whether offline or on; Internet marketing should feature in your plan somewhere.

How Non-technical Webmasters Are Harnessing the Power of RSS

Sunday, July 13th, 2008

The opportunity to quickly and easily implement and harness the power of RSS is quite real and new programs become available every week that allow non-technical marketers and webmasters to capitalize on the effective use of RSS.

Jim Edwards spoke of this trend in the recent “For a Greater Cause” teleseminar. Media-rich blogs and content sites are stickier and keep visitors on site longer.

Consider delivering audio content via the internet by setting up a blog and incorporating streaming audio. By doing so, your media-rich message creates a relationship with visitors that cannot be achieved with text alone.

If you’d like to take this one step further, start using video content. It’s the difference between reading a flyer versus listening to the radio versus watching television. Why do people gravitate to the TV when every home has a radio? When presented with the option, we prefer the satisfaction of both the auditory and visual senses.

The real power of blogs, audio and video is that you can invite your visitors to participate and interact with you by allowing them to post comments. Your blog becomes a community event and we all love a party.

If you’ll be using the strategy of blogging with audio and video, there are three things that you should do.

First, as mentioned above, allow your visitors to post comments to your blog.

Second, always give visitors the opportunity to sign up for your newsletter or ezine directly from your blog.

Third, for those who prefer to receive news via RSS feeds, post your RSS feed on every page of your blog.

Recorded interviews with industry experts fed via podcast can raise your credibility simply by association. Arrange for a phone interview with an expert in your market area, get permission to record the call and post it to your blog. If you’re offering publicity and exposure for the interviewee, it should be simple to find willing and eager parties.

RSS offers you the ability to provide high frequency content updates. It can be daily or hourly. Deliver important messages, news and other content on demand rather that waiting for your regularly scheduled e-zine.

What’s next?…

Here’s where things get fun for the online marketer and webmaster. One area in particular where you can really start to take advantage of RSS technology is to build sticky content on your sites and monetize it with programs like Google’s Adsense.

RSS feeds are available in abundance that provide product news, press releases and updates. Sites such as PRWeb want you to use their news feeds on your site. So why not? Build your site’s content with news and information feeds that deliver steady streams of traffic.

Do a bit of searching and you’ll find programs and scripts that make the addition of RSS feeds to your website very simple and fast.

RSS gives you an edge over your competition by allowing you to create a sense of community, offer interaction and provide the latest news and information nearly on autopilot.

About the need for a Weight Loss Plan:

Sunday, July 13th, 2008

When one has excessive weight they should strongly consider finding a good weight loss plan that is pure and free from all other touted sources that claim to cause you to lose in record time.

Since excess weight puts you at risk for many health problems, you may need to set some weight loss plans to help avoid those risks and prevent disease. But what should be your long-term goal? And what short-term goals should you set to help you get there?

You have a better chance of attaining your goals if you make sure that the weight loss plans that you will use are sensible and reasonable right at the beginning.

Here are some guidelines from the experts in choosing weight loss plans and goals.

1. You must be realistic

Most people’s long-term weight loss plans are more ambitious than they have to be. For example, if you weigh 170 pounds and your long-term plan is to weigh 120, even if you have not weighed 120 since you were 16 and now you are 45 that is not a realistic weight loss goal.

Your body mass index or BMI is a good indicator of whether or not you need to shed of pounds. The ideal BMI range, according to the national Institutes of Health is between 19 and 24.9. If your BMI is between 25 and 29.9, you are considered overweight. Any number above 30 is in the obesity range.

From this point of view, you will need a sensible weight loss plan that will correspond to the required BMI based on your height, because this is the primary factor that will affect your BMI.

2. You need to set appropriate objectives

Using a weight loss plan just for vanity’s sake is psychologically less helpful than losing weight to improve health. You have made a big step forward if you decide to undergo a weight loss plan that includes exercise and eating right so that you will feel better and have more energy to do something positive in your life.

3. You must also focus on doing, not losing

Rather than saying that you are going to lose a pound this week, say how much you are going to exercise this week. This would definitely make up of a sensible weight loss plan. Keep in mind that your weight within a span of a week is not completely in your control, but your behavior is.

4. Then you need to build bit by bit

Short-term weight loss plans should not be “pie-in-the-sky.” This means that when you have never exercised at all, your best weight loss plan for this week should be based on finding three different one-mile routes that you can walk next week.

5. Remember to keep up the self-encouragement

An all-or-nothing attitude only sets you up to fail. Learn to evaluate your efforts fairly and objectively. If you fall short of some goals, just look ahead to next week. You do not need to have a perfect record. After all, self-encouragement should definitely be a part of your weight loss plans. Otherwise, you’ll just fail in the end.

6. Always use measurable measures

Saying that you are going to be more positive this week or that you are going to really get serious this week is not a goal that you can measure and should not be a part of your weight loss plan.

This is another reason why you should incorporate exercise on your weight loss plan and focus on it. You should be able to count up the minutes of exercise in order to be successful in your plan.

The bottom line is, people should make weight loss plans that will only remain as it is, just a plan. They have to put it into action by incorporating goals that will motivate them to succeed.

Czech Republic Fails During the Euro 2008

Sunday, July 13th, 2008

Unfortunately the Czech players were just not able to book in a place the next round of the Euro 2008 despite their hearty effort and their 3-2 short lost over Turkey during the last game of their group last Sunday.

The Czech team will be packing and going back home earlier than expected even their Coach Karel Bruckner could not believe they had lost a good chance to move forward. “The third goal was nothing but a crumple. I can’t explain that,” Bruckner said. “I simply couldn’t prevent that. We should have done better.”

At the inauguration game the Czech Republic managed a favorable win against co-host Switzerland which lifted their hopes of a secure stay in the tournament; that golden goal was scored by goalkeeper Petr Cech. Nevertheless; during the second game the Czechs fell to Portugal – one of the favorites to win the Euro Cup – by 3 goals to 1 and this certainly changed the entire panorama.

On the other hand, Turkey’s outstanding win was the last one for their Coach Bruckner who will be retiring at the end of the completion.

Another factor that ruined the Czech Republic’s changes was when the Captain Tomas Rosicky had to leave before the end of the game due to an knee tendon injury without him and without Karel Poborksy, Pavel Nedved and Vladmir Smicer the team had a fragile midfield which we all saw.

Rosicky had been the team’s leader, his vision, creativity and technical ability is measured by is Coach Bruckner as unique. David Jarolim and Marek Matejovsky tried to play in Rosicky’s position and their response was fair but his absence was noticed.

“We didn’t have another player who was as good,” Bruckner said Monday about Rosicky. “We had a problem in the middle of the field.”

As Rosincky was not to play in the following games Coach Bruckner made the decision to shift his strategies to a five-man midfield following one striker, which was overflowing by Milan Baros once and Koller two times. This is certainly Bruckner’s trade mark as during the Euro 2004 in Portugal the Czech Republic won great praise for their offensive attack, approaching in the wake of each group match to win, counting the games against favorite Netherlands and Germany and eventually getting to the final four.

For the Euro 2008 Bruckner relied on Koller but the trick did not work this time as when Bruckner replaced him against Portugal for Vaclav Sverkos he scored the decisive goal. Moreover, Baros is far away from being in great form, having botched to score for Portsmouth in the preceding season.

In the game against Turkey, the Czechs were winning 2-1 with only three minutes left to play, Petr Cech give Nihat Kahveci a pass to equal the score before scoring  the winning goal for Turkey. “Big victories and big defeats are all part of the same story,” a rational Bruckner said. “Those were beautiful years.”

Still it is an uncertainty who will occupy the place of Coach Bruckner; and the team does have an international friendly game next August 20th against England. Nevertheless; the Czech football federation Vlastimil Kostal has stated that they will come to a decision before the end of the June.
